<p>Rather than only getting exercise when you can make it to the gym or get on your exercise bike, why not take mini exercise breaks at various times every day?</p>

Junk foods are a double whammy in that they contain many calories and few necessary nutrients. Health experts also consider junk foods risky for your overall health as well, because they often have trans fats, the kind that contribute to not only obesity but serious illnesses as well. </p>
<p>In order to be successful at losing weight, you have to be aware of your typical habits and activities from moment to moment. The more aware you are of factors such as your snacking habits and your actual level of activity all day long, the easier it will be to develop healthier habits.
